1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and kk32 (hereinafter "kk32", "we", "us", or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the kk32 online casino and sports betting platform available at kk32.io and all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and related services.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To open a kk32 account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Be a resident of, or currently located in, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited under applicable law;
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method;
• Not be a person who has previously been excluded, banned, or suspended from the kk32 platform for any reason;
• Not be acting on behalf of a third party — all accounts must be held and operated by the registered individual only.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active kk32 account at any time. The opening of duplicate accounts, whether intentionally or inadvertently, is a breach of these Terms. kk32 uses automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts linked by shared personal details, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses. Where duplicate accounts are identified, kk32 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any winnings generated through those accounts, and withhold deposited funds pending a fraud investigation.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your kk32 username and password. kk32 strongly recommends the use of a unique, strong password that is not shared with any other online service. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on kk32 is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by kk32, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction limits. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your kk32 account within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the originating bank.

All funds deposited to your kk32 account must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. kk32 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. 5. Bonuses & Promotions

kk32 offers promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, cashback, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each individual offer. In all cases, the following general bonus rules apply:

• Bonuses are available to players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the promotion terms, which may include minimum deposit amounts, qualifying game types, minimum odds for sports bets, or account standing requirements;
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in each promotion's individual terms;

• Bonuses have an expiry period as stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and associated wagering progress will be voided automatically.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting markets, casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, and other wagering products on kk32 are governed by their respective game rules as published in the help section of each product. In addition, the following general rules apply across all kk32 products:

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement, except where an in-play cash-out feature is specifically offered and the cash-out option is exercised before the event settles;
• In the event of a technical malfunction — including connection failure, server error, or game provider outage — kk32 will endeavour to resolve the matter fairly. Bets that cannot be resolved due to a technical fault may be voided and stakes returned;
• kk32 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously incorrect price, including prices published in error due to a human error, data feed error, or software fault;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each product and market and are displayed in the relevant product interface. These limits may be adjusted for individual accounts at kk32's discretion;
• kk32 does not extend credit to players. All bets must be funded from the available real-money balance in your kk32 account at the time of placement.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kk32 platform and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and/or legal action where applicable:

• Opening or operating more than one kk32 account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Using the platform while under 21 years of age;
• Using automated bots, scripts, software tools, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not available to standard players;
• Exploiting software errors, loopholes, or bugs in games or betting systems to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker formats;

10. Limitation of Liability

This includes but is not limited to losses arising from: reliance on information published on the platform; interruptions to platform availability; unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to secure your credentials; or the outcome of any bet or wager placed on kk32.

kk32's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms and your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your kk32 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy & Data

12. Amendments to These Terms
